Family Fun.....

Our weekends have been full of fun lately. We recently went to the Diamondbacks Fan Festival at Chase Field. We got to go down onto the field where they had meet and greets with the players and plenty of fun activities for the kids. We went down into the dugout and also toured the clubhouse where I think many of the players forgot thousands of people would be touring as they left out their personal belongings (jockstraps and all). We had a great time! Here are some pictures of the day.

Marissa also had a local dance competition recently. She wouldn't necessarily call this a fun event as the girls didn't score so high. We didn't feel that it was fairly judged. Not to say there weren't great competitors just some weren't great competitors that still scored well. That is what sometimes happens when studios who compete a lot of dances (not nesessarily their best dances) still fund the competition. Oh well still a learning experience. Here is the trophy the studio took home for a judges favorite award.

Hannah and Ashlyn also got in on a dance competition of their own. Here they are with a wonderful little number.

Aidan had a great time the other night joining the girls in coloring with markers. Enough said. :0
We also went to a picnic that our HOA puts on in our neighborhood every year. They had lots of food, face painting, bouncy's, and a DJ. The kids had a great time and Aidan got to experience cotton candy for the first time thanks to Grammy!
